Join us for a mindfulness program that incorporates reading and yoga! This series will connect Don Miguel Ruiz's inspirational text The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom with mindful movement. On Friday, August 29 we will explore the first agreement: Be Impeccable With Your Word. On September 26 we will engage with the second agreement: Don't Take Anything Personally. On October 31 we will review the third agreement: Don't Make Assumptions. On November 28 we will discuss the fourth agreement: Always Do Your Best. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats if possible. Registration is required.
