My expertise is in my ability to help people understand why and how to have a healthy discussion.
The Conscious Conversation is a pathway to enlightenment. It results in an informed, reasoned, and progressive approach to harmonious and productive discussions. Thus, it eliminates confusion by encouraging understanding and establishing clarity.
Life-Affirming Behavior occurs when our thoughts, words, actions, eating, and interactions with others improve the quality of who we are and the quality of our environment. We seek to understand Life, preserve Life, and improve the Quality of Life for all by improving who we are. Maintaining our Self-Respect is how we stay connected to Life-Affirming Behavior. Life-Affirming Behavior preserves our mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health and wellness and gives meaning to our lives. Safety, Security, and Personal Peace are the result of Life-Affirming Behavior.
This book was also written to help us understand ourselves, what Life-Affirming Behavior is, and why and how we can have (Conscious Conversations) healthy discussions that maintain our Oasis. The result is Safety, Security, and Personal Peace.

The Albany Branch Library endeavors daily to maintain its role as one of Albany Avenue’s most vital resources. Library service in Hartford’s North End began in 1909, when a branch library was first established inside the Northwest School. It then moved to rented quarters at 1239 Albany Avenue. The branch’s present location at 1250 Albany Avenue opened in February 1950 in a building designed by H. Sage Goodwin. In 2011 a new 8,000 square foot facility on the corner of Albany and Blue Hills Avenues replaced the sixty-one-year-old structure.
