Arrow's Bio
Arrow is a survivor of P.T.S.D. everyday since the age of five due to a traumatic experience he had growing up in a house of physical and mental abuse, which caused him to go into deep depression as an adult. Originally from Ansonia Derby CT. In 1990 Arrow moved to Hartford CT. where He find the coping skills to deal with the symptoms of sadness of depression with meditation music. Arrow has maintained an interest in helping others reach their mental health goals. Using a holistic approach to his work of sounds and frequencies. Although he is not a music therapist, he has found a way to use music as therapy and healing. Music is the universal language of the world. Arrow has found a way to relate to people who suffering from stress, depression, sadness and other types of mental illness.
Arrow has played at several locations all over Connecticut, such as D.M.H.A.S. Department of mental health and addiction services, Toivo, Inter- Community, Connecticut Valley Hospital in Middletown CT. His main goal would be is to help people who are in a coma through music frequencies come out of it.
